What the API does today
The Dmand AI API currently supports NPI to email enrichment for healthcare providers (HCP, NPI Type 1). Given a 10-digit NPI number, the API returns a verified email address if one is found. Executive enrichment and non-NPI lookups are not yet supported.How it works

Submit an NPI
Send a 10-digit NPI to
POST /api/v1/email (single) or POST /api/v1/email/bulk (up to 100 NPIs).2
Receive an ID
The API returns HTTP 202 with a
batch_id and per-NPI request_id values.3
Get results
Poll
GET /api/v1/email/{request_id} or GET /api/v1/batch/{batch_id}, or receive a webhook on the configured URL.4
Read the email
When
status is completed, the data array item contains the verified email and related fields.https://ext-api.dmand.ai. All public paths are under /api/v1.
Emails are only returned if validated within the last 30 days. Older emails are re-verified or re-enriched live, which can take up to about 15 minutes. If a request cannot finish within 15 minutes, it is marked failed and its credits are refunded.
